Delete your data
Noteable keeps your notes on your device and, if you turn on sync, in a hidden app folder of your own Google Drive. We don't run accounts and we never store your notes on our servers, so deleting your data is entirely in your hands:
- Delete notes in the app. Removing a notebook deletes it from your device, and sync removes it from your Drive as well.
- Wipe all synced data at once. In Google Drive, open Settings → Manage apps → Noteable and choose “Delete hidden app data”.
- Revoke Noteable's access. Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Noteable.
- Uninstall the app to remove everything stored on the device itself.
That covers everything: notes, drawings, recognition data, and sync state. Nothing is retained by us afterwards, because nothing was ever on our servers to begin with. The only exception is a notebook you explicitly sent us via “Share for Improvement” — you can delete those from the app at any time, or email [email protected] and we'll remove them.
